If so, then look no further than the beautiful Lodge at Gold River, a new operation located in the heart of British Columbia’s Vancouver Island. Built directly on the banks of the famous Gold River, the Lodge offers guided fishing on one of British Columbia’s finest wild steelhead rivers. Historically, the Gold has been one of the strongest producing rivers on Vancouver Island, out-producing many of B.C.’s better known and more heavily fished rivers. Because the Lodge utilizes a combination of boats, helicopters, and floatplanes for guiding, they can also offer access to other watersheds accessible only by air. This can make for a truly remote angling experience unlike anything found in North America.
